Job Description

Job Details Kettering Health Washington Township l Centerville l Full-time l Days Responsibilities & Requirements The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy for patients by collaborating with healthcare teams, managing medication regimens, and providing patient education. This role supports optimal patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability across care settings. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) or a Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution Experience in medication safety, drug information, ambulatory care, or specialty pharmacy practice Active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Completion of a Board of Pharmacy-approved immunization administration course or certification within 90 days of hire Preferred Qualifications Completion of a PGY-1 pharmacy residency program or a minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital or healthcare setting Board certification in a relevant pharmacy specialty (e.g., BCPS, BCACP)
