Job Duties What you'll do at

DBH :

The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and cost‑efficient use of medications within Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare . This role supports patient care by reviewing medication profiles, verifying provider orders, managing inventory, and promoting compliance with all medication storage and handling standards. The Pharmacist collaborates closely with nursing and clinical staff to optimize medication practices and uphold high-quality patient care. Review patient's medication profile Verify medication orders Restock and maintain current inventory on the units Maintain Hospital pharmacy inventory daily Run reports and maintain accurate records Assure the safe, effective and cost-efficient use of medications in the hospital. Monthly Inspections for all medication rooms and other area where drugs are stored Instructs nursing personnel on proper storage, handling & use of medications This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care

Pay Range Schedule . This position is located at 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio. Intermittent 1000 hours per fiscal year, with an average of 20 hours per week. Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will remain at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
