This role focuses on accurately dispensing medications prescribed by healthcare practitioners while ensuring patients and customers receive comprehensive information regarding their medications. Delivering a superior level of customer service is a key aspect of this position.
Schedule:
Wednesday, 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM (9 hours) Thursday, 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM (9 hours) Friday, 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM (9 hours)
Total:
27 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions Provide counseling and information about medication usage to patients and customers Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Ensure exceptional customer service within a retail and/or long-term care environment
Qualifications:
Valid Oklahoma Pharmacist License is required Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy This Per Diem role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to patient care within a supportive pharmacy team.
