Job Description

Staff Pharmacist — Full-Time Curtin Drug | Tulsa/Jenks Area 30-40 hours per week Benefits Curtin Drug is seeking a staff pharmacist for our independently owned community pharmacy. This position combines community pharmacy practice, patient counseling, immunizations, and non-sterile compounding, with opportunities to build lasting patient relationships and work directly with the pharmacist-owner. We're looking for someone who brings sound clinical judgment, a collaborative approach to staff leadership, and a genuine interest in personalized patient care. About the position Full-time schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
Pharmacy hours:
Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.; closed Sundays. A combination of general pharmacy and compounding responsibilities. Benefits Medical and prescription plan. Paid time off.

retirement plan with a 3% employer match. Employee discount. No late nights or Sundays. Responsibilities Review prescriptions and ensure accurate, appropriate dispensing. Counsel patients and collaborate with prescribers. Participate in non-sterile compounding formulation, preparation, verification, documentation, and quality assurance. Provide immunizations and other patient care services. Lead and support technicians and other pharmacy staff by setting clear priorities, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging teamwork and accountability. Coordinate daily workflow, help resolve routine problems, and support staff training and development. Support compliance with pharmacy practice standards and applicable requirements. Qualifications Active Oklahoma pharmacist license in good standing. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach. Ability to lead by example, delegate effectively, and maintain a respectful, productive work environment. Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in daily pharmacy operations. Compounding work experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with compounding coursework or other training and a strong interest in developing their skills are also encouraged to apply; prior compounding employment is not required.
