Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:
Maintain collaborative business relationships with store operations and pharmacy staff to support company strategy and boost associate engagement. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance processes. Manage inventory levels by tracking sales trends, ordering pharmaceuticals, and controlling costs in partnership with management. Drive script growth and profitability via clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Supervise pharmacy personnel, directing training, coaching, and discipline while promoting continuous development. Address customer questions, resolve complaints, and provide expert healthcare counseling to build trust and loyalty. Maintain strict security standards of the pharmacy department and oversee cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Interact with physicians and use reference materials to clarify prescription issues and ensure optimal patient care. Prioritize and complete essential pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
