What You'll Do Manage Documentation and Inventory Ensure medications are prepared, handled, documented, and distributed accurately to support safe, effective, and compassionate patient care. Maintain precise medication records, conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, and oversee daily pharmacy transactions to ensure continuity of care and operational excellence. Monitor medication inventory and proactively identify, investigate, and report discrepancies in accordance with company policies, DEA regulations, and pharmacy best practices, protecting the integrity of our patients' treatment. Team Building Lead and support pharmacy technicians in the preparation of pre-dispensed methadone doses and take-home medications, fostering a culture of accuracy and patient-centered service. Invest in continuous learning by participating in professional development, ongoing training, and required education to strengthen clinical knowledge and improve patient outcomes. Qualifications Effective communication skills for phone and in-person interactions. Adequate vision to read correspondence and computer screens. Familiarity with standard medical office conditions and interactions with diverse patient populations. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Fast-paced clinical environment with period of increased activity. Exposure to patients with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, infectious diseases, and criminal justice involvement. Prolonged standing, bending, and stooping. Alternating between sitting and standing throughout the workday. Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
