As an independent Main Street pharmacy with a growing national reach, your impact on patients will be felt near and far. We are a positive and caring team who support each other and our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist at our compounding pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient-specific care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
  • Compound and dispense medications according to established protocols
  • Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
  • Collaborate with providers to develop patient-specific treatment plans
  • Monitor patient responses to medication therapy and adjust as necessary
  • Conduct medication utilization reviews to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Current Utah state pharmacist license in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, and anatomy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
