This contract role lasts 3 to 6 months with an immediate start, ideal for a seasoned professional ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring optimal patient care and safety Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment Develop, implement, and monitor pharmacy policies and procedures Manage inventory, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication use and outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Proven leadership experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacy Operations Manager Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pharmacy licensure as required
