Diboll, TX Schedule/Hours:
Store hours: 9:00 AM
•6:00 PM Shift options: 1st
Shift:
8:30 AM
•5:30 PM (flexible end times: 4:30 PM or 4:00 PM) 2nd
Shift:
9:00 AM
•6:00 PM (flexible end times: 5:30 PM or 5:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Uphold core company values consistently in all interactions. Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the company's mission. Notify leadership of any potential violations of pharmacy laws or regulations. Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA. Perform final verification of prescriptions issued by authorized prescribers. Provide accurate information regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosages, and storage to patients and prescribers. Maintain procedures for quality assurance, controlled substances security, and hazardous waste disposal. Respond to pharmacist-related phone inquiries and manage voicemail messages. Conduct patient counseling when required or requested. Manage customer conflicts professionally both in-person and by phone.
Note:
This location does not provide vaccinations or medication therapy management (MTM) services.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience. Active and clear Texas pharmacist license. This per diem role offers the chance to work within a supportive environment that values professionalism and patient care.
