Schedule/Hours:

Store open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 1st

Shift:

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (options to work shorter shifts, such as 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) 2nd

Shift:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (options to work shorter shifts, such as 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Flexible scheduling available; less than 8 hours per shift can be accommodated

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold company core values and provide outstanding customer service in alignment with established processes Verify all prescriptions accurately and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including HIPAA Collaborate with prescribers and patients by offering guidance on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage Manage pharmacy security, quality assurance, and proper disposal of hazardous waste drugs Respond to pharmacist-related phone inquiries and retrieve messages or prescriptions from voicemail Conduct patient counseling and resolve customer concerns in person and on the phone

Note:

Vaccinations and medication therapy management (MTM) services are not performed at this location

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience Active and clear Texas pharmacist license required This Per Diem position provides a flexible work arrangement, ideal for pharmacists seeking varied hours or additional shifts.
