Monday-Friday 8A-4:30P Details:
month contracts with possible extension Weekly PayDirect Deposit Responsibilities:
Receive prescription/medical orders- Obtain information on new patient/youth to establish patient medical profile, such as diagnosis or desired therapeutic outcome, allergies, adverse reaction(s), and medical history;
- Assess prescription/medication order for completeness, correctness, authenticity, and legality
- Enter prescription information onto patient/youth profile; to sign-in at the staffing office and report to the floor-unit for orientation.
