Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire A contract-to-hire opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacy Technician to work overnight shifts in a long-term care and mail order pharmacy environment. This role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule, with shifts from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM, spanning approximately 13 weeks, with potential to transition to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and dispense medications in compliance with pharmacy protocols Manage medication inventory and ensure quality control in the long-term care and mail order setting Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to support patient care Maintain thorough and accurate documentation according to regulatory standards Adhere to safety and security procedures throughout the overnight shift

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy preferred PTCB national certification is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
