Role Description We are seeking reliable and motivated Pharmacy Toters to join our team in Glen Burnie, Maryland. This entry-level position supports pharmacy operations by sorting and organizing packaged medications into designated delivery totes, helping ensure orders are prepared accurately and ready for timely delivery to our long-term care facilities. Full-time positions are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. No prior experience is required—full training is provided. Responsibilities Sort and place packaged medications into the appropriate delivery totes according to pharmacy procedures. Match package labels to the correct facility and delivery route. Prepare and stage completed totes for scheduled deliveries. Keep totes, supplies, and work areas clean and organized. Work closely with pharmacy staff and delivery personnel to meet scheduled departure times. Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and patient confidentiality requirements. Assist with other toting and pharmacy support duties as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependability and a willingness to learn. Ability to stay organized and follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to quality work and supporting patient care. Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy Technician License is a plus.
