2 years pharmacy experience•[

REQUIRED

] MI License active at time of submission•[

] Proficient in sterile compounding including Hazardous Drugs/Chemo, use of CSTDs, & priming lines•[

REQUIRED

] Must have documentation of, and be current with, all required USP 797 and 800 competencies•[

REQUIRED

] Traveler experience•
