Business Casual Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing pharmacy team in Roseville, MN. In this role, you will support pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting with medication dispensing, communicating with patients, and ensuring timely responses to pharmacy needs. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and contact patients regarding pharmacy-related matters. Assist with dispensing unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectable medications, IV medications, and related supplies. Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to address pharmacy needs efficiently and accurately. Triage and prioritize requests to ensure prompt service for patients and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies. Deliver excellent customer service while assisting patients and resolving inquiries. Support day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow management. Ensure medication and supply orders are processed accurately and timely. QualificationsRequired Active and unrestricted Minnesota Pharmacy Technician License Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and solve complex or high-priority issues Medical, Dental , and Vision Insurance is offered to qualified candidates.
