Months Job Duties:

Prepares intravenous admixtures or other sterile drug products (including antineoplastic, investigational and hazardous medications) in accordance with USP chapters <797> and <800> under supervision of a licensed Pharmacist. Prepares or compounds non-sterile drug products (including antineoplastic, investigational and hazardous medications) in accordance with USP chapters <795> and <800> under supervision of a licensed Pharmacist. Utilizes closed system transfer devices to limit potential exposure of the environment to hazardous medications. Follows investigational protocols in the preparation of study medications, maintains records of preparation, stability, and dispenses as required. Maintains the hardware and software of the department's multiple computer systems.

Job Requirements:

Must be a

CERTIFIED PHARMACY TECH

(CPhT) Previous travel•Preferred High degree of proficiency in IV compound & chemotherapy compounding•Required Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment Pharmacist License Driving License Hospital Pharmacy experience 3+ years of experience as Current Pharmacy Technician in

Compounding Schedule:

8 Hours a day 5 days a week Rotating usually every third with bonus 4 hours of compensation time Week/Holiday coverage required if needed SAL01

$30.00•$32.00 per hour
