About the job Shift hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews Office Use order issued by physicians or other authorized provider and ensure all regulatory restrictions (Mid level practitioner Controlled Substances procure by state, license type, commercial product, B to A shipments, and Office Use states) have been met before moving the order to QA2 fulfillment. Ensure the order has been entered correctly (drug, provider, shipping address, ship type, ASD, and DEA for controls) by the Customer Service technician. Ensure any product limitation (i.e., Max Qty, waitlisted, or short dated) has been addressed and enough label(s) have been selected if applicable before moving the order to QA2 fulfillment. Make sure to check the pop-up note screen for any pertinent information and make corrections if needed. Correct any error(s) that can be performed in QA1 or kick the order back to Verification Grid if Customer Service technician is required to follow up on the order. Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by management. Set yourself apart You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year of work experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with groups of employees within the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to use a computer for daily work tasks.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram-based instructions. Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Current Nevada Pharmacy Technician License required along with a copy of the most recent Nevada Law Continuing Education Certificate. What's on offer?
