Position Overview As a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) at Norman's Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our patients receive top-tier service. You will work alongside our experienced pharmacists to process prescriptions, manage inventory, handle patient inquiries, and assist with general pharmacy duties. While compounding or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is preferred, it is not required—we are happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic!

Primary Day Shift availability preferred

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays Key Responsibilities Accurately interpret, input, and fill prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Provide warm, professional customer service to patients in person and over the phone. Utilize Pharmacy Technician skills and knowledge of medical terminology to handle daily operations efficiently. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and order processing. Support specialty services, such as basic compounding or LTC order fulfillment, as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements Certification:

Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in good standing.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Experience:

1 year of pharmacy technician experience is preferred, along with familiarity with medical terminology. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
