• Position Details Part time -Full time

Hours:

9:30-5:30pm

Pay:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience. This position includes BOTH front and back office responsibilities.

Back Office Duties:

Confident phlebotomy skills EKG Room patients, obtain vitals ,and assist with documentation. Assist with procedures and maintain efficient clinical flow, keep all work spaces and patient rooms clean.

Front Office:

Answer busy phones professionally and efficiently Schedule patient appointments Collect balances and copies. Referrals and Prior Authorization Manage patient communication and follow up filing We are looking for someone who is Extremely friendly and professional, A true self starter who take initiative, Organized and detail oriented, Comfortable in a fast paced setting, RELIABLE

AND DEPENDABLE

this is a must, A strong Communicated and team oriented. Prior Primary experience preferred. If you take pride in delivering exceptiona patient care and thrive in a concierge -style practice we would love to hear from you.
