From $18/hr to $20/hr,

Overview:

SDI Labs, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting nasopharyngeal swabs in accordance with safety protocols and ensuring accurate labeling and handling of specimens or to patient locations to perform blood draws, urine collections, and related specimen collections, while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform venipuncture for patients Deliver high-quality patient care, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and transport of specimens following standard procedures. Maintain clear and timely communication with patients and the laboratory team. Complete necessary documentation and submit specimens within required timeframes. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during collection and handling processes.

Qualifications :

Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Vietnamese/English bilingual
