Who You Are Phlebotomist Oral Surgery Offices of Dr. Joan Greco Part-Time | Monday-Friday 8:00am to 11:00am If you are a nurse, medical assistant, or phlebotomist who naturally takes charge, solves problems, and keeps a team accountable—this is your opportunity to step into a key role. What You'll Do Assist in setting up trays, rooms, and prepping for patients Check in and prepare patients for blood drawing Verify and update patient information and health history Start IV Sedations Monitor Vitals Monitor patients while under sedation Help create a calm and reassuring environment for patients Draw Blood as needed Jump in clinically when needed (rooming, vitals, assisting, phlebotomy) Gather and prepare medical instruments/materials needed Record Keeping Follow health and safety protocols and procedures to obtain a sanitary work area Who You Are Main phlebotomist for our office You are organized, attentive to detail, and cooperative You are comfortable addressing issues You thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment What We Expect Good bedside manner Prior phlebotomy experience is strongly preferred Why This Role Not just a title - a tone setter Direct impact on how the office runs day-to-day Work with a team that values efficiency and high standards Apply If You're Ready to be part of our team Applicant must be able to travel to our 3 locations in Hilo, Waimea, and Kona.
