Assistant:

High school diploma, Completing of an accredited medical assistance certification program preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times Must be detailed oriented and highly organized Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes and organizational policies Knowledge of patient care and examination procedure Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times Maintain and improve image of this Concierge practice with personal example (dress code, hair, nails, make up, piercing... Must be drug free and receive all recommended vaccines for healtcare facility (Influenza, COVID-19, Hepatitis B... Knowledge of electronical medical records
