Schedule:

First Shift, 8:00am-5:00pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist II, you play a vital role in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring the accuracy of diagnostic testing. Your expertise in specimen collection, attention to detail, and commitment to patient satisfaction help support quality healthcare outcomes. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures Prepare, process, label, and maintain specimens for laboratory testing Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation Provide exceptional patient service while creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment Maintain required records and comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Support multiple patient service locations as needed and adapt to changing business needs Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Keyboard/data entry experience Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on business needs Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In it For You Competitive pay Opportunity to work with a respected healthcare organization Hands-on patient care experience in a dynamic clinical setting Exposure to a variety of patient populations and collection environments Potential pathway to long-term employment Ongoing opportunities to develop and strengthen clinical skills Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
