Role Overview As a Lab Service Rep Outreach, you'll work independently to perform specimen collection, accessioning, and preparation for transport, ensuring seamless laboratory operations. You'll be the bridge between our lab and its customers, resolving issues and providing essential information. What You Will Do Independently perform specimen collection, accessioning, and preparation for transport. Identify and meet the needs of laboratory customers through proactive communication. Correspond via phone and in-person to resolve issues related to test requests, submission requirements, and result status. Use information systems to gather data and track client interactions. Transport samples and cover shifts on short notice as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of six months phlebotomy experience with demonstrated competency in specimen collection from patients of all ages. Valid Michigan motor vehicle license and reliable, insured transportation.
