8:30am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-2:30pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist, you will serve as the face of the organization for patients seeking laboratory services. Your expertise in specimen collection, patient interaction, and attention to detail will help ensure accurate diagnostic testing while delivering an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do Collect high-quality blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining accuracy and quality standards Accurately maintain required records, documentation, and patient information Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Work independently while meeting daily performance expectations and deadlines What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections Keyboard and data entry proficiency Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call coverage as needed Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Opportunity to work in a patient-focused healthcare environment Gain experience performing both clinical and forensic collections Consistent part-time schedule with weekend hours available Build valuable experience with a respected diagnostic services provider Potential pathway to long-term employment opportunities Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
