Beavercreek, OH

Pay Rate:

Starting at $13.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Phlebotomist to support a leading healthcare organization in Beavercreek, OH. This is a great opportunity for a certified Phlebotomist who is confident performing specimen collection accurately while providing professional and compassionate service to patients.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures accurately and safely on patients of various ages.

Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are properly collected, labeled, and handled according to established procedures.

Prepare patients for specimen collection and explain procedures as needed.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Follow established infection-control, safety, and specimen-handling procedures.

Provide professional and compassionate patient service throughout the collection process.

Perform additional phlebotomy duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1 year preferred.

Certified Phlebotomist credential required.

Strong venipuncture and capillary puncture skills.

Excellent attention to detail and specimen-handling accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
