Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function and mobility, including assessments of strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals, utilizing a variety of techniques and therapies Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to promote patient progress and recovery Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, safety precautions, and strategies for self-care and management of chronic conditions Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines About the
