About Forever Fit Performance Institute Forever Fit Performance Institute (FFPI) is a sports physical therapy, recovery, and performance training facility in Bentonville, Arkansas. We treat athletes at every level (youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and competitive adult) along with active people who want to get back to what they do. Our model puts rehab, recovery, and strength and speed development under one roof:
Performance Physical Therapy:
doctoral-level clinicians, sports rehab, and return to sport

athletic development led by a staff with collegiate and NFL coaching backgrounds The clinic is led by a board-certified sports clinician (DPT, SCS, ATC, CSCS) with experience treating Olympic and Stanford Football athletes. Our mission is to redefine human performance by integrating science-driven physical therapy, recovery technology, and elite-level training. The Role We're hiring a Performance Physical Therapist to manage a caseload of athletes and active adults from initial evaluation through return to sport. You'll use objective testing to guide decisions. When an athlete is ready, you'll hand them off to our performance coaches rather than simply discharging them. This role includes structured mentorship through our in-house Sports Clinical Mentorship Program, a residency-style development track for PTs who want to specialize in sports. If you want to practice sports PT the way it should be practiced and grow into a specialist, this is the place. We're open to full-time or part-time candidates, with flexible scheduling for the right fit. Sports Clinical Mentorship Program One-on-one mentorship from a board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) Residency-style development track (in-house program) Regular case review, hands-on skills development, and live patient mentoring Exposure to sideline and event coverage, return-to-sport testing, and performance integration Preparation towards the SCS board certification exam What You'll Do Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports injuries, post-op cases, and return-to-sport progressions Build individualized plans of care and progress them using objective data Run force plate and strength testing (VALD ForceDecks, DynaMo) to drive return-to-sport decisions Integrate clinic technology into care: Boost anti-gravity treadmill, INDIBA, LightForce laser, focused shockwave, BlazePod, and recovery tools including the HydroWorx cold plunge, sauna, normatech and hyperice tools Collaborate with our strength and speed staff on the transition from rehab to performance Communicate with physicians, athletic trainers, coaches, and parents Maintain timely, compliant documentation Contribute to clinic education, community events, and content What We're Looking For Required Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Arkansas PT license, or eligibility to obtain one before start date Strong orthopedic and sports clinical reasoning Clear, confident communication with athletes and families Preferred SCS, OCS, CSCS, or prior residency/fellowship training Experience with athletic populations or return-to-sport testing Familiarity with force plates or other objective measurement tools Interest in strength and conditioning and performance training We encourage new grads and early-career PTs with a strong sports background to apply, especially those interested in our sports mentorship program.
