What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist at Infinity Kids, you'll work closely with children (birth to 18 years) and their families to support developmental goals through personalized, evidence-based care. You'll be part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team committed to delivering therapy that is engaging, effective, and empowering.
Responsibilities include:
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in a pediatric, family-centered setting Complete evaluations using standardized testing tools Develop individualized treatment plans with short and long-term goals Deliver treatment focusing on motor development, coordination, strength, endurance, and gait Document therapy sessions, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge notes in a timely manner Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support therapy across settings Attend regular meetings with families to review progress and provide support Manage caseload in coordination with each client's unique schedule and needs Complete IEP documentation for virtual homeschool charter schools Maintaining productivity above 80% and cancellation below 7% What We're Looking For We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic therapist who is driven by purpose and ready to contribute to a tight-knit, mission-led team.
Qualifications:
Current California Physical Therapy License Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience Team-oriented with a heart for children and families Schedule & Availability Part-time or full-time availability Minimum of 3 days/week, working 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday- Friday and Saturday availability preferred as well.
