As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care to help improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and strategies to improve mobility and function. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals when needed. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Provide compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care. Requirements Current California Physical Therapist license. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree. Strong clinical and communication skills. Knowledge of orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.

Pay:
