Job Description

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services across diverse clinical settings. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and progress individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in EMRs, and educate patients and families. Supported by dedicated recruiters and a clinician-first culture, you'll access varied assignments, professional growth, and the opportunity to impact patient outcomes nationwide. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence Monitor, progress, and document patient care using EMR systems Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members on coordinated care plans Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, prevention, and safe mobility Adhere to all regulatory, documentation, and ethical practice standards Participate in performance improvement and clinical best-practice initiatives Communicate proactively with recruiters and leadership regarding assignments and goals Required Skills Patient evaluation and assessment Treatment planning and progression Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Neuromuscular re-education Gait and balance training Use of physical agents and modalities EMR documentation Interdisciplinary team collaboration Patient and family education
