Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services across diverse clinical settings. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and progress individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in EMRs, and educate patients and families.
