Our beautiful new clinic is located directly across the street from DISC Sports & Spine Center , providing unparalleled opportunities to collaborate with leading orthopedic surgeons, spine specialists, and sports medicine physicians. Therapists will have the opportunity to develop professional relationships with physicians, observe surgical cases, and become an integral part of a collaborative approach to patient care. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based rehabilitation principles. Deliver exceptional one-on-one manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions. Educate patients regarding their diagnosis, treatment plan, and long-term recovery goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Stay current with advances in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy, and evidence-based practice. Qualifications Current California Physical Therapy License. Minimum outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Strong manual therapy skills are essential. Excellent exercise prescription and rehabilitation background. Athletic background, ATC , CSCS , or similar credentials are highly desirable. OCS certification is highly valued and may qualify for an enhanced compensation package. Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation, anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based treatment techniques. Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve outstanding outcomes.
