Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Orange County Physical Therapy (OCPT) Newport Beach / Irvine, CA $90,000-$105,000 Base Salary + Weekly Productivity Bonus Full-Time | In-Person | Outpatient Orthopedics About OCPT Orange County Physical Therapy (OCPT) is a privately owned outpatient physical therapy practice with locations in Newport Beach and Irvine. We treat an active and motivated patient population and focus on high-quality orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Our approach combines hands-on treatment, progressive strength and functional training, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education. We want our PTs to have the autonomy to actually be clinicians — using their own clinical reasoning, developing relationships with their patients, and progressing people toward meaningful goals.

Compensation Base Salary:

$90,000-$105,000 depending on experience PLUS a Weekly Productivity Bonus Our productivity bonus gives therapists the opportunity to increase their compensation consistently throughout the year while maintaining a patient-focused treatment model.
