What You'll Do As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you'll work alongside our physical therapy team to provide therapeutic massage that complements each patient's rehabilitation and recovery plan. You'll play an important role in helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall function. Perform patient assessments and develop individualized massage therapy plans based on clinical needs and treatment goals. Provide therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point, and neuromuscular techniques, to address pain, muscle tension, and soft tissue restrictions. Collaborate with physical therapists and other clinical team members to support comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on self-care strategies, stretching, recovery tools, and techniques they can use between visits. Accurately document treatments, patient responses, and progress according to clinic protocols and applicable requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and compliant treatment environment. Deliver a professional, compassionate patient experience that supports healing, recovery, and wellness. What You Bring Active Massage Therapy license in the state of practice. Training and experience in deep tissue and trigger point massage techniques; Neuromuscular Massage certification is preferred . Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or similar clinical setting is preferred. Strong understanding of anatomy, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic massage principles. Ability to tailor treatments to individual patient needs while working within a collaborative rehabilitation plan. Excellent communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
