You will treat one patient at a time , allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making, hands-on treatment, patient education, and building meaningful relationships with your patients. We are a growing private practice in Castle Rock, Colorado, looking for a PT who wants to build a rewarding long-term career with a supportive, collaborative team. You will work directly with experienced clinicians in an environment built around: Open communication Teamwork and mutual respect Clinical excellence Professional development Work-life balance Patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits 77,000 + annual salary (depending on years of experience) $10,000 sign-on bonus Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off Sick leave 7 paid holidays Unlimited approved paid continuing education Tuition reimbursement program Flexible scheduling Relocation assistance What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled one-on-one physical therapy Monitor and document patient progress Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment, and home exercise programs Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Participate in clinical discussions and case reviews Maintain accurate and timely documentation Continue developing clinical knowledge and skills Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment We're looking for a Physical Therapist who: Holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Has an active Colorado PT license or is eligible for Colorado licensure Is committed to ethical, high-quality patient care Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team Is motivated to continue learning and developing professionally Takes initiative and contributes ideas Has an interest in orthopedic and/or vestibular rehabilitation New graduates and early-career PTs are welcome to apply. We provide mentorship and support to help you build confidence and develop your clinical skills. Experienced PTs are also encouraged to apply.
