Job Summary As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Woodstock Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, from geriatric to adult, to help them regain strength, mobility, and independence. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments and evaluations, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
