Position:

Physical/Occupational Therapist specialized or interested in specializing in treating clients with pelvic health and orthopedic conditions Graduate of an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy program Ongoing training, mentorship, and 1-on-1 professional development Having a truly pivotal role in a company that helps women and men with pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions stay fit and healthy with long-lasting relief—while avoiding medications, pads, and surgery Enjoys an employer dedicated to your continued learning, professional development, and happiness Looking for a work home where you are valued and not overloaded with several patients per hour Strong willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback A person wanting to expand their clinical "toolbox" Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients Passionate about learning and wise enough to know there will always be more to learn A warm and calming demeanor, with an ability to make patients feel comfortable and welcome Desire to work in an intimate setting, where you only treat one patient per hour Reduced paperwork requirements compared to the average in-network PT/OT clinic Earning a great salary ($90K+ is realistic full-time) that's not tied to insurance reimbursement and grows with your ability to help patients and support their plan of care

What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate, competent care for our patients Ensure clients receive care that builds trust, confidence, and long-term relief Participate in monthly study hours and case reviews Make people smile—even on the tough days :) Stay current on research and methods that improve patient care and connection Understand what drives each patient's goals—it's not always about pain, but about returning to the activities they need, want, or love Be a thoughtful teammate who genuinely cares about co-workers and celebrates their wins Support our admin team and express gratitude for their role in making the clinic run smoothly Embrace our belief that we're not just here for injuries—we are lifelong guides for pelvic and orthopedic health
