Key Qualifications:

Current Illinois state PT license (IL PT License) required Strong background working with pediatric populations and school-based physical therapy Ability to adapt to a wide range of disabilities across elementary to high school students Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff Familiarity with school documentation and individualized education programs (IEPs) Flexible, compassionate, and organized approach to therapy services

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver onsite physical therapy assessments and interventions aligned with students IEP goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each student Monitor and document progress, adjusting goals and approaches as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure a holistic, team-based service Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear insight into student needs and therapy progress Foster an inclusive, positive atmosphere for students to achieve their full physical potential
