Physical Therapist Position Overview:

Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results. Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Creating personalized rehabilitation programs for patients. Preferred Qualifications:

Active/Valid Illinois license in Physical Therapy SNF/Long term care experience preferred. Current knowledge of treatment practices Knowledge of PCC Electronic Documentation System preferred.
