We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic, in-house rehabilitation team full-time. In this role, you will work closely with our supervising Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy interventions that help patients regain mobility, build strength, and achieve their functional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Treatment Implementation:
Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, modalities, and exercises as outlined in the treatment plans developed by the supervising physical therapist.
Progress Tracking:
Closely monitor, evaluate, and electronically document patient progress, metrics, and milestones during every therapy session.
Patient & Family Education:
Proactively instruct patients and their families on customized at-home exercise programs and safe care routines.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Partner seamlessly with the physical therapy team, nursing staff, and medical professionals to ensure holistic, well-coordinated patient care.
Department Excellence:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy area, reporting any equipment maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
License/Certification:
Active and valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state (Required).
