Job Description

What We're Looking For:
Valid Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in pediatric, school-based, or therapeutic settings preferred Comfort working across diverse age groups—including elementary, high school, and transitioning young adults Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed Dedication to compassionate, student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students' physical abilities and develop tailored treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services individually or in groups across elementary, high school, and transition program sites Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students' IEP goals Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Adapt interventions to ensure accessibility and success in the school setting Promote physical development and independence for students with varying abilities
