We are looking for dynamic home health professionals like you to contribute to our innovative specialty care programs.
- CHF•COPD•Infusion Therapy•Trach Care•Wound Care•Behavioral Health Entera Healthcare partners with a variety of exceptional referral sources that offers our clinicians the opportunity to care for a variety of patients in their homes AL, IL communities.
NOTE:
This position is Paid per visit Entera Healthcare services 12 counties: Boone, Cook, Dekalb, DuPage, Kane, Lake, LaSalle, Lee, McHenry, Will, Kendall, and Winnebago.
