8:00am-5:00pm flexible, 32-40 hours per week Sign on Bonus Summary/Objective The ideal candidate must have a current Illinois Physical Therapist license and CPR certification. Our Physical Therapists strive to provide the highest level of service to all patients by administering physical therapy modalities used in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. Education/Experience Requirements Graduate of AMA approved school of Physical therapy. Licenses/Certifications Current Illinois Physical Therapy license. Valid CPR certification. The hospital facility is comprised of clinical and diagnostic services which are dedicated to providing high quality health care services to the community. These services include but are not limited to an Emergency Room, full service OR suites, an inpatient care unit, therapy services, advanced medical imaging, Home Health, and Hospice Care. The hospital operates rural health clinics in Watseka, IL, Gilman, IL, Milford, IL, Saint Anne, IL and Kentland, IN.
