Job Description

This position offers the chance to work with a diverse group of students, collaborating with education professionals to promote optimal physical well-being and access to education.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Indiana Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Expertise in assessment and development of individualized therapy plans Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and administrators Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and implement evidence-based therapy services for students with physical challenges Develop and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals alongside multidisciplinary teams Provide direct therapy (individual and group), consultative services, and support for classroom staff Document interventions, progress, and make recommendations for accommodations or adaptive equipment Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support students' inclusion and participation in school activities Maintain compliance with all state and district documentation and reporting requirements
