This is a great opportunity for a motivated clinician to provide hands-on therapy and help residents regain strength, function, and mobility—while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule.

What You'll Do:

Provide physical therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans based on residents' needs and functional goals Evaluate residents and establish appropriate treatment plans in accordance with professional standards of practice Implement therapeutic interventions focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate Document resident progress accurately and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:
