Physical Therapist (Full-Time Float) - Mansfield, LA Diamond Rehab is seeking a motivated and qualified Physical Therapist for a full-time float position covering Mansfield Nursing Center and DeSoto Retirement in Mansfield, Louisiana. Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/rehab setting Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
