Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team dedicated to your success throughout your assignment What You'll Do Evaluate patients' skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status through formal and informal testing Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance Submit and update treatment regimes in coordination with physicians, co-sign verbal orders as needed Create schedules of treatment tailored to patient and caregiver needs, coordinating with clinical staff Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding conditions, treatment options, prognosis, and the rationale behind interventions Assist in delegating responsibilities to Physical Therapist Assistants and aides in patient care What You Need Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred Strong assessment and patient communication skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams About the Assignment Join a team focused on delivering high-quality outpatient care.
