Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) required Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Comfortable working with children and adolescents across all age groups Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and other related service providers Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adapt therapeutic approaches based on student needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs Assess students' motor skills, mobility, and functional capabilities within the school context Develop and implement targeted intervention plans, documenting progress and adapting goals as necessary Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success in the classroom and school activities Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and recommendations Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes
