Schedule:

Qualifications:

Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Proven experience in an acute care or hospital therapy setting Proficiency with the EPIC electronic health record (EHR) platform Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for hospital patients Deliver evidence-based physical therapy techniques to maximize patient recovery and mobility Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive care Document treatments, progress, and patient outcomes accurately in the EPIC system Educate patients and families on care plans, rehabilitation goals, and safe discharge instructions Ensure patient safety and adhere to professional standards at all times
